My name is Chiquita Cleveland, and I am the founder of this company. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), a real estate investor consultant, and an experienced investor with a passion for helping others create stability, build wealth, and achieve long term success through real estate.
Over the years, I have worked closely with individuals and families to support life changing decisions. My background in social work has given me a unique ability to truly understand people, their goals, concerns, and motivations, which I now apply to the world of real estate investing. I founded CC Creative Concepts to combine my professional insight with practical investment strategies, creating a space where clients feel supported, informed, and empowered.
